Ingredients

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup agave syrup
  • 1 cup thinly sliced fresh ginger

How to make

  1. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan over medium-high heat
  2. Bring to boil
  3. Let it simmer on low heat for 10 min and take it off the heat
  4. Leave the ginger pieces in the syrup and pour it in a container
