Ingredients:

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 3-4 tbsp maple syrup

How to make

  1. Combine the almond flour, baking powder, salt, maple syrup in a bowl and mix well till you get a slightly sticky batter.
  2. Pre-heat oven to 350°F
  3. Roll the batter into half inch balls and place onto your baking sheet, spacing them to allow for spreading. You should get about 9-10 cookies.
  4. Bake until edges are lightly golden, about 13-15 minutes, remove from the oven and let cool for 10 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack to cool completely.
