Banana Shaak.

Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp ghee or oil
- 3-4 ripe bananas
- 1/4 tsp hing
- salt to taste
- 1/2 tsp red-chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp coriander-cumin powder
- 1/4 tsp turmeric
- 1/4 tsp mustard seeds
How to make
- Heat 1 tbsp ghee and 1/4 tsp mustard seeds until the seeds crackle
- Lower the heat and add 1/4 tsp hing
- Add bananas (and 5 ml water if it looks too dry, but ripe bananas will usually secrete water)
- Add the spices
- salt to taste
- 1/2 tsp red-chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp coriander-cumin powder
- 1/4 tsp turmeric
- Cook for a 2-4 mins, and serve
