Chaas is a yogurt drink made by mixing yogurt and water to your preferred consistency. Masala chaas adds a complexity to the plain yogurt drink.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 2 cups of water
  • 1 green chilli
  • 1/2 inch ginger
  • 1 tbsp chopped cilantro
  • 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp himalayan salt
  • 1/4 tsp chaat powder (optional)

How to make

  1. Add all ingredients in a blender and blend well
  2. Add more cilantro for garnish if you want
