Honeydew Lemon Tarragon Cooler.

Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup sugar or agave syrup
- 1/4 cup tarragon sprigs
- 6 cups peeled and chopped honeydew
- 1/3 cup freh lemon juice
- 2 1/4 cup water
How to make
- Boil 1/2 cup water with 1/4 cup sugar or agave syrup and 1/4 cup tarragon sprigs
- Once sugar/syrup is dissolved, let it cool completely for about 20 min
- Add honeydew, 1/3 cup lemon juice, and 1 3/4 cup water
- Blend until smooth, and then strain
- Serve chilled
